Lauren Youngblood, Founder/CEO of The Elle Word, has been
enamored by all things music since childhood. Born and raised in
one of the most musical cities in the world, New Orleans, she grew
up exercising her passion for song by singing in church and school
choirs.

With a zeal for live music events, Lauren began her professional
career in 2008 at the esteemed New Orleans Jazz and Heritage
Festival and the Essence Music Festival of Culture. Since then, she
has developed an extensive background in artist relations, talent
management, festival operations, tour operations and a host of
other services within the entertainment realm. Past projects
include Culture Creators Innovators and Leaders Awards, BET
Awards, Ledisi "Wild Card" Tour and a host of other amazing
opportunities.

Lauren launched The Elle Word in 2021 to consult on a variety of
projects in the experiential and entertainment industry. She has
developed relationships with record label executives, music venue
managers, entertainers, and many entertainment professionals.

Operations

We provide backstage management, hospitality credential management, volunteer management, artist hospitality, and talent movement.




Artist/Talent Management

We manage the business affairs for artists/talent. We manage their appearances, contracts, payments, scheduling, etc.



Tour Management & Operations

During the tenure of a tour, we travel with the artist, provide VIP Meet and Greet planning, execution, and artist merchandise operations.



Onsite

Event
Operations

We provide onsite support during load-in,
event duration, and load-out. We will arrive to
ensure that caterers, technical production
teams, decorators, and all other parties are
onsite and moving on time.


Artist/Talent Relations

Once booking is confirmed and the contract is finalized, we manage all artist/talent needs prior to and leading up to the day of the event. We are the liaison between the event and the artist/talent.



Experiential Event Production

We provide pre/post production management and support for brand activations nationwide.
